Cactus has just released a demo of his new game in progress "Brain-Damaged Toon Underworld", a platformer adventure with a stylish art style (of course) and from what can be played in the demo, some similar character swapping gameplay to cactus' earlier experiments in Psychosomnium.



What can be seen so far looks really good, the dialog is interesting and pretty funny, and I'm really liking the art style. Check out the demo if you cant wait for the full game!

Well the site is now up and running, even if it's not completely done, and so it’s time to get back to the games.

I have recently finished work on a game which you should be hitting the web fairly soon. It's an arcade style game which to my knowledge has pretty original gameplay and some nice trippy visuals. You will have to wait for that one though; I'm not going to give away too much before it's released.

I've just started work on a new varstudios game with Ben. It's been a while since we did anything new, so we are hoping to get things moving again over at varstudios.

As for solo projects, I've been doing some designs for a stylised space invaders style game which I'm really pleased with so far, so if all goes well you can expect to hear more about that in the near future.
